I have moved the site over to a new content management system. One with more features and faster load times. I've saved the shouts from the previous site (which was riddled with Spam to the point where I had to disable the shoutbox). The shouts can be read in this post by clicking the read more link. |

Granite Countertops have been installed earlier in the week. They actually came last week, but there was a problem with part of the island where the marble's grain didn't line up.
But, here are the first pictures of our kitchen looking like, well, a kitchen... There might have to be before and after pictures sometime soon. 
This one is of the island. The white thing in the middle is the range, which has not been hooked up to the gas line yet.

This one shows the sink area:
The faucet, though at this point it is not plumbed in. Hopefully later today the plumber will be over to hook up these items and the stove. Yay!
