			<description>Before every trip for groceries, I prepare my list, and find at least one really tasty recipe that I&amp;#39;d like to make. Here&amp;#39;s my next one, a twist on a macaroni salad:BLT Salad2 cups cooked large-shell macaroni bacon bits, to taste1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced lettuce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cider vinegar 1/4 cup mayo1/6 cup light soy sour cream 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Salt and pepper, to taste </description>

			<description>Granite Countertops have been installed earlier in the week. They actually came last week, but there was a problem with part of the island where the marble&amp;#39;s grain didn&amp;#39;t line up.But, here are the first pictures of our kitchen looking like, well, a kitchen... There might have to be before and after pictures sometime soon. This one is of the island. The white thing in the middle is the range, which has not been hooked up to the gas line yet.Here is a picture of the countertop beneath the window:This one shows the sink area:The faucet, though at this point it is not plumbed in. Hopefully later today the plumber will be over to hook up these items and the stove. Yay!</description>
